China International Convention and Exhibition Center is located at the northeast of Madian Overpass, Beisanhuan Zhong Lu, consisting of a main building (14 stories) and North and South Towers (22 stories each) with a total construction area of 116,500sqm .This complex is multi-functional for offices, conventions and exhibitions, the first four stories of which are used for both national and international full-length convention and exhibition of sci-tech exchange while the upper stories (5~14) will be offices for China Academy of Engineering, the market promotion center of the torch office of the State Sci-tech Dept. and many other hi-tech enterprises both domestic and foreign.

　　The North and South Towers are offices, hotel-style apartments and areas for business and professionals.

　　Besides, there is a duty-bound exhibition center for international hi-tech products, the only long-term duty-bound exhibition center in Beijing, which is authorized by the Chinese government.

　　At present the construction of the complex is drawing to the end and will be put into use next year.
